8:00 am: Golf Tournament

Join us for an exciting day on the green at our upcoming golf tournament! Kicking off with an 8:00 am shotgun start, this scramble-style event promises fun for golfers of all skill levels. Test your precision and power with our Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive contests and enjoy a great day of competition and camaraderie.  
Golf Tournament & Networking Lunch:  $160 per person, nonrefundable, advance registration required.
*Callaway club rentals are available for an additional $75 plus tax per set and include 6 golf balls.  

11:00 am: Guided Hike 

Stretch your legs on this 1.5-mile guided hike, perfect for networking amidst nature’s beauty. Departing from the hotel, this hike will allow you to connect with peers while exploring the diverse flora and fauna of the region. Please wear closed-toe shoes and light layers, and don’t forget sunscreen and a hat. Experience the harmony of nature and enrich your professional connections on this scenic journey.

11:30 am: Yoga Class  

Reset your day with tranquility and energy with a yoga class on Meecha Lawn. Guided by an experienced instructor, this peaceful session combines gentle poses, controlled breathing, and mindful movements to cultivate balance and inner peace. Suitable for all levels, join to enhance flexibility, improve strength, and reduce stress in a serene outdoor setting.

1:00 – 3:00 pm: Networking Lunch

After a morning filled with golf, hiking, or yoga, join us from 1:00 - 3:00 pm for a relaxing networking lunch at the Signature Grill, located at the hotel. This casual gathering is the perfect opportunity to connect with fellow participants, share stories from the day’s activities, and enjoy a delicious meal. If you’re short on time, you can register just for the lunch and still be part of the fun.  It’s the ideal way to cap off a great day of recreation and connection.
