Should election be made, however, to stay at home or not under the Package Plan in IPT’s block of rooms, there is a supplemental fee of $631.00 to cover some of the overhead costs that are a part of the hotel package. For each local attendee, or attendee outside of the IPT block of rooms, the supplemental fee covers continental breakfast items that are available on the 2nd floor, (Monday - Thursday), lunch (Monday-Thursday), refreshment breaks, wireless internet and the daily participant fee charged by the hotel that is applied to audio visual and meeting room space costs and the dinner on Monday night. No parking is included for this school, either for day or overnight guests.
The room package begins the evening of check-in for the following day. For any attendee not residing in the hotel on Sunday night, there is a day-guest fee for Monday’s participation of $150. This is payable to IPT and subsequently remitted to Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center for all day guests.
